Boot Camp is a 4- week outdoor fitness program that
offers fitness instruction, nutritional education
and motivational training - packed with fun and
energizing activities designed to help you reach
your fitness goals. Whether you want to get fit

What you can expect from Body Life Adventure Boot Camp:
One hour a day for 4 weeks
Monday through Friday 5:30 - 6:30 a.m.
Dynamic instruction from a Certified Fitness Trainer
All shapes, sizes and abilities! If you are at a level 1 or at a 10, you WILL get a work-out to accommodate your goals!
Exercises include:
Core conditioning, short distance running (less than one mile), muscular
strength, jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, sport yoga, fitness kick
boxing, Pilates, sport drills, obstacle courses, PAR course, surprises, and
more!
